Microsoft Outlook - Convert other Mailbox files to Outlook PST files using Stellar MBOX to PST Converter Tool

Below I will show how to implement & use the tool for converting Thunderbird Files to Outlook PST files.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• Processor: Pentium Class
• Operating System: Windows 10 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 8 / Windows 7 / Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008 / Windows Server 2003 – I will test this tool on Windows Server 2012 R2.
• Microsoft Office: 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003
• Memory: Minimum 1 GB
• Hard Disk: 50 MB of Free Space

INSTALLATION STEPS:

NOTE: I am testing this setup on Windows Server 2012 R2 (It supports Win 2012, 2012 R2 as well 😋😉).

Run the setup as Administrator

Click Next:

I don't know why This is showing Windows Server 2012 version number when I am using Windows Server 2012 R2 (Version Number is 6.3*) but anyhow Tool is working fine: 😵😵

How to Register for the Product:

Click on Registration Tab in Menu and then Click on Register Steller Box to PST converter:

Below are the options to register for this product:

If You choose Option 1 (I Don't have the registration key), then: 

• In the Register window, select 'I don't have the registration key' option. Click OK, to go online and purchase the product. 
• Once the order is confirmed, a Registration Key will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase. 
• In the Online Registration window, type the Registration Key and click Register button (Please ensure that you have an active Internet connection).
• "Activation Completed Successfully" message is displayed after the process is completed successfully. Click OK.

NOTE: Internet will be required on the machine.

If You choose Option 2 with Online Registration, then: 

• Type the Registration Key (received through email after purchasing the product) in the field of Registration Key. Click Register. 
• The software would automatically communicate with the license server to verify the entered key. If the key you entered is valid, software will be registered successfully.

If You choose Option 2 with Offline Registration, then: 

• From the Register window, select Offline Registration. Click OK. 
• An Offline Registration dialog box will appear displaying Registration ID in its respective field.
• To get your License Key, which is required to register the software manually, you need to mail the listed Registration ID to support@stellarinfo.com. 
• A License Key will be sent to your email address after verifying the Registration ID and purchase details by Stellar Technical Support. 
• After receiving the License Key, open Stellar MBOX to PST Converter. In Register window, select 'I have the registration key'. 
• Select Offline Registration and click OK. 
• Enter the License Key received through email in the field of License Key.  
• Click Register to activate the software. A confirmation message is displayed if a valid key is entered. Click OK.

HOW TO CONVERT THUNDERBIRD MAILBOX FILES TO OUTLOOK PST:

Click on File Menu and then Click on Select Mail Client:

Select the Mail Client option from list (I have tested for Thunderbird):

Select File/Folder path to convert:

Click on Convert once file path is selected:

Click OK:

Now You can see the preview for all converted mails below:

Next You have to save this converted files in local or exiting PST file format so Click on File Menu and then Click on Save Converted Mailbox:

Click on Browse:

Click OK:

Here is Your converted OUTLOOK Data File (PST) which You can import in Your outlook:

You can also see Log Report. Click on View Tab and then click on Log report:

HOW TO IMPORT PST FILE IN DIFFERENT OUTLOOK VERSIONS:

To import PST file in Microsoft Outlook 2016 / 2013:

• Open Microsoft Outlook. From File Menu, select Open & Export.
• Select Import / Export option from the right pane.
• From Import and Export Wizard window, select Import from another program or file, click Next.
• In Import a File dialog box, select Outlook Data File (.pst), click Next.
• Click Browse to locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. Click Next.
• In Import Outlook Data File dialog box, select the folders that should be imported in Microsoft Outlook. Click Finish.

To import PST files in Microsoft Outlook 2010:

• Open Microsoft Outlook. In the File Menu, select Open -> Import.
• In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file, click Next.
• In the Import a File dialog box, select Outlook Data File (.pst), click Next.
• Click Browse to locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. Click Next.
• In the Import Outlook Data File dialog box, select the folders that should be imported in
• Microsoft Outlook. Click Finish.

To import PST files in Microsoft Outlook 2007 / 2003:

• Open Microsoft Outlook. In the File menu, select Import and Export.
• In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file, click Next.
• In the Import a File dialog box, select Personal Folder File (PST), click Next.
• Click Browse to locate the PST file that needs to be imported. In the options box, select an appropriate option. Click Next.
• In the Import Personal Folders dialog box, select the folders that should be imported in Microsoft Outlook. Click Finish.

CONCLUSION:
