PUBLIC ACCESS CONFIGURATION FOR TENANT PORTAL LOGIN:

To configure Tenant Portal for public access, You need to follow below steps:

  • Change Tenant Portal binding setting to Port 443.
  • Change all SQL Tables where Tenant Portal FQDN Link with Port 30071 is mentioned with WAP Machine IP without any port.
  • Configure Netting at firewall end with Public IP. You can also define different display name for website like xyz.com
  • Open Port 30072 from Public IP to WAP IP.
Open IIS Manager, Click on Tenant Site and then Click on Binding Settings and change Port to 443:

Now, Change Database Tables settings with WAP IP. To do this, Open WAP Database, select below DB one by one, expand them, Expand Table, Right Click on Config.Settings & Click on Edit 1000 Rows:

  • Microsoft.MgmtSvc.PortalConfigStore
  • Microsoft.MgmtSvc.Store
Change whereever You see Tenant Site Link with port 30071 to https://WAP_Machine_IP/

Once all changes done in DB Tables, ask Network Team to configure netting between WAP IP & Public IP with display name for public and ask to open Port 30072 (Used for Tenant Portal authentication).

After configuring netting, You will be able to access Tenant Portal Login from anywhere via Internet:
